It’s Time for Crab Season

Dungeness Crab

Dungeness crab season has arrived on the Oregon Coast! Our small-boat fleet is gearing up and heading out for one of the most anticipated fisheries of the year. Each crab is caught in pots just offshore, harvested carefully to ensure sustainability and freshness.

At Port Orford Sustainable Seafood, Dungeness season means bringing one of Oregon’s most iconic catches straight from the ocean to your table. Look for whole cooked crab and fresh-picked crab meat available soon through our online store and Community Supported Fishery program.

Sweet, tender, and unmistakably local, there’s nothing quite like Oregon Dungeness crab in season.
