We fish with intention. Every species we offer is landed using low-impact, selective gear like hook-and-line, which helps preserve marine habitats and reduces bycatch. Each fish is individually handled, filleted, vacuum-sealed, and blast-frozen to lock in flavor and nutrition.

All fishing, processing, and packing happens right here in Port Orford. We keep it in the community from dock to delivery.
