Our Process
Joining our Community Supported Fishery is the easiest way to enjoy fresh, wild-caught seafood from Oregon’s southern coast. We handle every step ourselves, from the moment the fish leaves the water to the time it reaches your hands. Here’s how it works.
Catch
Our small-boat fleet uses hook-and-line gear to harvest fish one at a time. This method keeps bycatch low and protects delicate marine habitats.
Process
Each catch is iced immediately, filleted or portioned locally, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen to lock in peak quality and flavor.
Order
Every two months, members receive a list of available seafood. Choose what you want, order online, and pick up at a nearby location.
Deliver
We bring your order directly in our freezer van, keeping the supply chain short, the quality high, and your seafood in trusted hands.
