Mix 1 T olive oil with tuna, apple, and salt and pepper to taste. Pan-sear baby zucchini in halves, adding salt and pepper to taste. Thinly slice raw radishes - leave roasted radishes in bite-size chunks.
Tear lettuce by hand and toss all ingredients except tuna. Top with generous amount of tuna mixture.
